William is very knowledgeable about Piper’s landing. He has a vested interest here because he is an owner. He explains the comparisons to other country clubs in the area and knows the ins and outs of each one. He explains it in a very comprehensive and simple way to understand. We were buying a house in Piper's Landing a community which Jim knows intimately. He negotiated a good offers on a house we liked which had been sold conditionally. We had a very fast close and needed to get a Canadian Trust arranged which was quite complicated in Florida due to banking and trust differences with Canada and the United States. Jim not only brokered a good deal he sat in with me on phone calls to lawyers and banks and allowed me to use his computer for other sale needs as I had only traveled with a phone. As we had to come back to Canada due to Covid he has since checked on our home regularly in our absence. I highly recommend his services.
