Will sold my father's house in California, and handled all the details with me via phone and email in Colorado. Will had excellent ideas for what needed to be done on my father's house to prepare it for the market, had all the contacts to get us estimates and got the work done in a very expeditious manner. I was absolutely astonished when I saw the photos of my father's house online! I couldn't believe how beautiful it looked! I would highly recommend Will! As a first time home buyer, Will made the experience as least stressful as possible. He managed expectations around the process up front and let me know his way of working with his clients so there wasn't any sort of disconnect. He asked questions up front to really drill down on what my must haves were, or at least what I thought they were before starting the process. Once we started looking at places Will checked me often in what I thought I wanted or based on his observations of what I pointed out when looking at places. This was helpful for both of us to then adjust places we looked at. As we looked at places, Will was great about pointing out things that could be easy fixes or larger cost updates so I was able to appropriately weigh the pros and cons when thinking about price for value. Will was always available for questions, really understands the Los Angeles market, and always went above and beyond in explaining all the daunting home buying paperwork. I can't imagine having worked with anyone else in finding my condo.
