Bill was excellent in setting the sale price,staging for showing, and presentation to buyers The result was a fast sale at full asking price, very pleasing to me. He was always prompt and professsional. The $2.25 million price was more than I expected. His persistence and prompt repair of inspection items was most appreciated.
