To all first time homebuyers or just anyone if you don’t know what your doing (like myself and my husband Joe) I recommend getting in contact with William Benge aka “Crazy Uncle Brandon” he helped us through this whole process. I can’t lie I was actually scared to go through with this big purchase I didn’t know what we were getting ourselves into but Brandon provided us with help he guided us to the best loan lenders (Horizon). He showed more interest than any other agent out there, I’m so thankful God put Brandon in our path without him we probably wouldn’t have ever purchased a house.
