A Brief Background…
I have a broad background in both experiences and education. I am a veteran of the hospitality industry where customer service is paramount. I was a professional chef for many years. I have two Associate Degrees; one in business and one in culinary arts. I have a BSc from The University of South Carolina in Marketing & Management with a focus in Hospitality. I also have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutritional Science from The University of North Florida. I did my graduate work in Public Health at The University of North Florida as well. I relish the opportunity to educate and inform my clients and friends in both real estate and health & nutrition matters. My education has provided me with a great expanse of marketing, finance, and communication skills that are invaluable to me as a real estate professional.
With over a quarter billion dollars in real estate sales, including nearly $60,000,000 with my partner Rachael Ridaught in the past two years alone, my experience in the current market is always in the vanguard & I am here to put it to work for you! I have been a RE/MAX Chairman’s Club agent year after year, I am a career RE/MAX Hall of Fame Member & Lifetime Achievement Agent, & TITAN team award agent in 2024. We are consistently ranked within the top one half of one percent of all North FL REALTORS year after year per the JAX Business Journal.
