Difficult market, but Will was very persistent, and never gave up.

He is an excellent communicator (phone, email, and texting). Will's style was comfortable, no stress and yet tough on the timeline for all parties. We felt that his efforts were all about us and yet very friendly towards all potential buyers. He knows the market deeply and was on top of market changes.
