About Whitney

Hi, I'm Whitney Allumbaugh — and I'm proud to call Abilene, Texas home. There's something you might not know about me. When I was 2 years and 9 months old, I was diagnosed with ALL — childhood leukemia. I was a Children's Miracle Network kid. I went into remission right before kindergarten. I got to grow up, and I have never taken that for granted. That's why giving back to CMN through RE/MAX Big Country isn't just something I do — it's personal. It's a full circle I get to live every single day. I started my real estate career in October 2019 when I joined RE/MAX of Abilene as part of The Brandi Smith Team. In 2023, Brandi Smith-Perkins launched RE/MAX Big Country, and I made the move with her. Since then, I've grown into the Team Manager role, overseeing and mentoring the agents on our team. I've had the joy of mentoring a handful of agents through the early stages of their careers. Watching them grow is one of the most rewarding parts of my job. In 2025, I hit the 100% Club and came within reach of Platinum Club. As a team, we earned Diamond status — over one million dollars in commissions. I've also completed all my broker-level coursework and am preparing to take my broker exam. Giving back matters to me. I personally donate $30 from every closing to Children's Miracle Network in my clients' names. Our team raised over $68,000 for Hendricks Children's Hospital in 2025 through our annual poker tournament. Outside of real estate, I'm a wife, mama, rancher, and farmer. I'm married to my best friend Logan, and we're raising our little girl on our family land in West Texas where Logan built us the most beautiful home. We raise cattle, sheep, goats, horses, and our treasured livestock guard dogs.
