Hi, I’m Kayla Couch, a full-time REALTOR® serving Abilene and the surrounding Big Country communities. As I head into my third year in real estate, I’ve grown from learning the business to truly finding my groove in the market, with 85 transactions closed and experience representing both buyers and sellers across a wide range of properties and price points. My business is currently split about 55% seller representation and 45% buyer representation, giving me a well rounded perspective on what it takes to successfully navigate both sides of a transaction. From first-time buyers and growing families to land, luxury properties, investment opportunities, new construction, and everything in between, I’ve had the opportunity to work in nearly every pocket of Abilene and many of the surrounding communities. Before real estate, I spent six years working in critical care nursing and ten years as a newborn photographer in Abilene. Those careers shaped the way I serve my clients today. I know how to stay calm when things get complicated, communicate under pressure, pay attention to the details, and most importantly, take care of people. I hold bachelor’s degrees in Nursing from Texas Tech University and Exercise Science & Human Performance from McMurry University.
