He is great at selling but if you're buying he's not so great. Important information was not disclosed to us and when we confronted him about it he just said it wasnt his job to tell us! When you are working with someone as a buyers agent it most certainly IS your job to disclose important information concerning a home they are buying....especially when its information that you CAN legally share with them! Wesley is very nice and says all the right things but be careful and ask lots of detailed questions! Get everything in writing. He didnt attend our closing, nor did we see him after we closed. His assistant Ashley was a delight to work with. I would not recommend him to my family and friends.
