Wenn was fantastic to work with! She is very knowledgeable about the market. I asked her to help me sell my house and buy a new house. She always responded to my requests within minutes and spent a lot of time happily looking at potential houses with me. She made me feel like I was her only client even though I knew she had many more. She was excellent at pointing out potential issues that I never would have noticed that would have been very costly to me. She listed my house at just the right time and just the right price resulting in an immediate offer over the list price! The marketing she did of my house was amazing, my house never looked so good! I am truly grateful for all her hard work
