The best realtor! Wenn is a very knowledgable about what you need to look out for when buying a home/property. She shares the information she knows but also never puts pressure on you one way or the other. She really wants you to find a place that fits you and your unique needs and is more than willing to be patient in the process. In my experience, she was very responsive over the phone or email. I had to have had the hardest house selling experience Wenn has ever had to deal with. She came through with shining stars. The bank we had to deal with, was unforgiving. Refused to let me sell the first time....were never satisfied with anything we did...I was ready to give up and take my house off the market...Wenn, never gave up, helped me to redo my paperwork, my hardship letter, etc and went to bat for me...she was politely aggressive. She always answered my emails, text messages etc, with in a reasonable amount of time. If she didn't know an answer she found the answer and got back to me. I am very impressed with her...she is not the first Realtor I have dealt with, but I would rank her the best.
