I worked with Wendy Wollert when I bought my first home in Colorado! She is an absolute amazing realtor. She listened to my needs unlike other realtors I have worked with and fought for my needs when it came time to close. She made my buying experience easy and stress free. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thanks for all your hard work Wendy!

Wendy Wollert is the best Real Estate Agent I’ve ever worked with. She found us the perfect home based on our wants and needs. Wendy not only found us our dream home but assisted us in selling our existing home from staging to negotiating terms favorable to us. Our previous home sold for the highest price in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend her as she is honest, trustworthy and hardworking to get the job done.

Typical words I would use to describe my experience with Wendy Wollert as my real estate agent: Pro-active, helpful, professional, engaged, great listener. Wendy always went above and beyond with everything she did in helping to sell my house quickly. I have bought many homes all over the U.S. and she is by far the best real estate agent I have worked with. Thank you!

We have worked with Wendy to both buy and sell houses over the past couple of years. She was amazing. Wendy walked us through the craziness of multiple offers ensuring we chose the best option for the best price. She is always available for any questions you may have (no matter how crazy you think they are). She also has a great knowledge of the area and is able to help guide you to finding the perfect home. She is also honest, reliable, and fun to work with. We would not hesitate to work with Wendy again or recommend her services to anyone working to buy or sell a property.

In such a crazy market Wendy was amazing! She found us the perfect first home and eased the stress of buying our first home. She was so responsive and answered all of the questions we had in a way that we understood and we enjoyed our process with her!

Wendy is very skilled representing both buyer or seller (we were both at different times). She knows her way around CO, so great resource on neighborhoods. As a seller’s agent, she provides sound advice on everything from presale staging, scheduling showings, negotiating offers, and managing the pre-closing process (contract deadlines, etc).

Wendy is not only an incredible realtor, but an incredible person. She made our home buying experience in Denver so wonderful. As soon as we were connected, she committed herself to working very hard for us. She found us a beautiful home in a great neighborhood, and we wouldn't have even looked at the home without her encouragement.Additionally, we purchased our home while still living out of state, and Wendy went above and beyond to make sure our home was delivered to us in perfect condition. She also took extra steps to make sure our home was secure while we were moving, since we closed several weeks before we made our cross-country move. These are only a few of the things Wendy did to make this home purchase and transition pleasant for us, and we would HIGHLY recommend her as a realtor.

Even though two other agents said they would get back to me when I required about a property, they never did, Wendy called me and was able to get us showings within the quick time frame we were asking for. She was pleasant to work with, and we never felt pressured. Wendy was quick to respond to questions and to give us the information we needed to make this a very easy purchase. We appreciate how comfortable she made us feel.

Wendy was such a great realtor, she knew what we wanted before we did. My husband and I thought we knew the area in, that was not the case. Even though it was outside of the area we wanted to look, she showed us two beautiful homes just on the edge of our limit. The first one went under contract just before we went to see it, the second one we knew we had to move quick so we put in an offer. This was our first home buying experience and she made it super easy. She walked us through the whole process. She is very easy to reach and was patient with us the entire way. Furthermore, I felt that she always had our best interests at heart. We will absolutely use her to purchase our next home, and have been actively recommending her to our friend groups.
