It is great to have that level of responsiveness during the buying process. Additionally I really enjoyed Wendy's low-pressure way dealing with me as a buyer. She is in no way looking to push a buyer into a purchase to collect a commission. She there to assist in finding a property that you are happy with. She also prides herself on conducting business in an ethical and professional manner. The real estate market is full of less than ethical agents. You will find that is not the case with Wendy Parde.
