Wendy represented me as a home buyer in my purchase. She knows the process well can the explain the next steps as you go through closing. One of the traits I valued about Wendy is her open channel of communication. She always provides detailed responses usually immediately after a message is sent. It is great to have that level of responsiveness during the buying process. Additionally I really enjoyed Wendy's low-pressure way dealing with me as a buyer. She is in no way looking to push a buyer into a purchase to collect a commission. She there to assist in finding a property that you are happy with. She also prides herself on conducting business in an ethical and professional manner. The real estate market is full of less than ethical agents. You will find that is not the case with Wendy Parde. I would personally recommend her to anyone.

Home purchase approx. $125,000. I would highly recommend Wendy Parde as an excellent realtor. The entire home buying process was new to us and she walked us through it with patience, courtesy and professionalism. She explained every step and document, answered questions immediately and thoroughly. All calls, emails and texts were answered right away. I never had to wait for a response. Anyone looking to buy or sell would benefit by having her as a realtor. With Wendy Parde, you know you are a priority!

It really is hard to find words to truly express the service, compassion and care Wendy gave to us while trying to find our new home!! There was never ever a time I felt alone or felt I could not contact Wendy. There were several late night texts and phone calls, weekend texts and phone calls and oh yes the emails! She answered every call, text and email with care and compassion. Never once did Wendy make me feel like I was bothering her. I truly hate the fact that my house hunting days are over however I now a new friend for life!!!! Thank you Wendy!!!!

If there is one thing I can absolutely say about Wendy is that she is a very honest, dedicated hard worker who bends over backwards. She had a lot of extra learning experience while dealing with my boyfriend and I about a year ago, due to our financial position and our somewhat picky needs/ wants, among other things like sellers who were on the fence about even continuing to sell, sellers who were also picky or those who didnt know much about the house they were selling and causing issues with the responsiveness of their listing agents. We as buyers had a tough experience due to all these miscellaneous things, but Wendy always tried her hardest & I was very impressed by her strong will & devotion. She learned even more about the process of things and negotiation skills, not that she didn't have some already but her experience with us taught her even more. Which is good- you want a realtor with a lot of experience & a broad horizon. And even more so you want one who is honest (because let's face it, many of them aren't) & who will work her fingers to the bone along with you. She's that girl.

Wendy worked with me for awhile there was no preasure to buy and she was there to answer any question i might have had and she broke everything down into easier terms for a new home buyer to better understand i would highly recomend her
