Wendy was phenomenal! She took us to the same neighborhood multiple times, communicated every step of the way, answered every question, and was never pushy! She took what we wanted into account and gave us options we would have probably never considered which is the house we ended up buying!! She was very responsive and accommodating! Rockstar doesn't begin to describe Wendy. More like 'Rocket Star' or 'Rock of Gibralter' star. She guided us through the home buying process with patience and knowledge of both the home construction process (very important asset) as well as the home buying process and options. Helped us avoid some potential big problems with an older home several times. She then became an avocate for us with both the seller and mortgage company. She fought to get the closing date moved up so we weren't moving on Christmas Eve. Always putting the clients needs first...We will forever appreciate her efforts and would highly recommend Wendy to all friends and acquaintances.
