Wendy has accumulated a great deal of knowledge in real estate and it was helpful to me as a buyer.
Well, it wasn't all easy as we dealt with a difficult seller. Perseverance paid off though and almost all was restored. There seemed to be many obstacles to this sale, even the lack of a closing date. As a buyer I became stressed because of the uncertainties. I have never been provided with a garage door code, and I'm exasperated with this thermostat. Some day I'll hire a person with knowledge to help me with those sorts of things.
