I would highly recommend Wendy Lynn. She is hardworking, efficient, patient and helpful. We had planned to move to the Sarasota area for 2 years. In April 2016, six months before our planned move we were going to be in the area for vacation. We contacted Wendy and explained that we would be moving here in 2016 and we would like to look at a few homes so that she may understand what we were looking for and possibly find the perfect home. Unfortunately we did not find a home but Wendy now knew our tastes and how much work we were willing to do. We came back in July and looked in earnest.
