When I first met Wendy, she told me what I wanted to hear, but when it came time to deliver, she backed it up big time. Excellent Experience/Professional Realtor We met with Wendy Lynn during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. As we were living in Virginia and trying to buy a home in Florida, Wendy came up with a list of homes based on our detailed criteria. She then drove all around the area and FaceTimed us to view the homes. Wendy went through every room, opened cabinets, etc...it was as if we were right there walking through with her! While viewing one of our picked homes, Wendy received information on a brand new home. It was in the same neighborhood that we wanted and it was not on the market yet. Wendy showed us the house, we made an offer lower than asking price, it was accepted and we went under contract...all in the same day! We were even able to move in a few weeks later! Wendy made the whole process seamless.
