She turned a low-ball offer into a $20,000 advantage for our family. She used the latest electronic tools to meet completely unreasonable due dates from other realtors. She kept in touch when the market was quiet as well as when it heated up and a sale was imminent. She always had more than one option to handle a curve from a prospective buyer or agent. She seems to never be in a hurry. She's been in this game for a long time, and it shows. When I need to buy or sell real estate in the future, Wendy will be my agent again. Well done, Wendy!
