We were moving to PA from out of town and Wendy and her team were absolutely amazing. My husband and I had very particular (and clashing) views on what we wanted in a home and with the current market it was really difficult to find what we were looking for at the price we were working with. We are very hands on about looking through listings and sorting out what we wanted and didn't want, and Wendy was great about getting us into places quicky and giving us advice once we were at the house. Wendy was so great and patient with us - even helping us with a contractor to talk about the potential of renovating a historic home and what it would cost us (too much for us since in the end but it was great insight). Her knowledge about the area was invaluable and she was so kind to us - and with the help of her and her team we were able to find a house we agreed on and are happy with!
