Wendy Jackson

First of all, Wendy was very patient. We were looking for the right house for at least two years and never once did she get frustrated. My wife and I had not bought a home in eighteen years and there was so much that had changed. Wendy guided us through all of the steps. Also, she showed professional/ethical judgement. When we saw a home that we we liked at first, she would show us the cons as well as the pros, not just settling for a quick sale. We found this invaluable and came to rely on her extensive knowledge about homes. She also never tired of showings, even when our first two offers fell through. Finally, as our seller's agent, as well, Wendy gave us great advice on what to repair and what were reasonable demands from the buyer. I count her as a friend, not just an agent.
