About Wendy

Wendy Howard was born and raised in a small town in West Virginia. She attended Fairmont State College, where she studied business. She later moved to Canton, Ohio; where she worked at a steel manufacturer for several years. During that time, she purchased rental properties and completed numerous remodels with her husband over the years. She decided to earn her real estate license and help others navigate the waters of purchasing property, as a part-time venture. After years of family vacations along the Grand Strand, she fell in love with the sun and sand, prompting her decision to move to the beach. She opened and managed a family sports pub in Surfside Beach for 6 years. After the restaurant venture, she returned to the real estate profession, becoming a full-time real estate agent. With a background in business ownership and real estate, she is well-versed in customer service. Wendy loves her career and always considers her clients' needs as a top priority. She specializes in helping her clients make their dreams come true and always follows "The Golden Rule". Wendy fully understands the appeal of coastal living and has an excellent track record of client satisfaction. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, boating on the river, and relaxing at the beach.

We have worked with Wendy twice now and will again in the future

10 years ago Wendy helped us find a beach home. When it was time to sell it we reached back out for her guidance and help. Wendy is very easy to work with and guided us through out the entire process. She was very professional and knowledgeable about all the issues that occurred during this process. But best of all she really put our needs at the forfront. Sometimes in the future we will be back to purchase our forever home, and we definitely want Wendy's help again.
