Wendy is an excellent partner to have on your side when you sell your home. She is very knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of selling a home. She was very helpful with all aspects of the sale, from her advice about how to prepare the home, to suggestions for local contractors, to contract preparation. She was available whenever I needed her and really went the extra mile to help make the process as painless as possible.

We have purchased many properties in the area. Wendy is the first NOCO agent that did not tell us it was rude to offer someone less than what the seller was asking. We even had a realtor drop us because we offered below asking price and she didn't want to get a reputation of bringing low offers. All I can say is go with Wendy she did her job well and very effectively. The property we ended up purchasing we did offer full price because the value was there.

Would not work with anyone else in Fort Collins. She is the best. Our last transaction was a complicated sale due to our leaving the country. She kept everything including us on track!
