Wendy is very pleasant and went above and beyound in helping me. She is very professional. I have had dealings with many agents and she is the best, Wendy is very comprehensive, considering the amount of details that come with the purchasing of a home in Florida . Wendy even explains things that i am not familiar with in Florida., she even set up a well inspection check for me. I also needed certain things for home owners insurance she e mailed them to me. so i could emial them to insurance places. Wendy is very through in all the paper work, found some mistakes that i would of not have found and she corrected them. I could go on and on how great she is at her job. She helped me so much to get my home that i love Nancy Murphy
