We cannot say enough positive things about Wendy!! We were moving to Citrus County from another area in FL that is several hours away and were so wary of being able to find a good realtor who was the right fit for us. We had a few not-so-stellar experiences since we began our search several months prior, but Wendy was amazing! She checked boxes that we didn't even know were on our list. She instantly became a friend who was helping us find the right home for our family. Wendy is very knowledgeable about the area and industry. She is personable, flexible, resourceful, willing to fight for her clients in a tough market, and honest. She truly went above and beyond. We appreciate Wendy and all of her help so much. I went to RE/MAX web page in Florida, i live out of state. I called Wendy Everett and asked her if she was interested in selling my father's house, no hesitation her answer was yes. Wendy is very pleasant and went above and beyound in helping me. She is very professional. I have had dealings with many agents and she is the best, Wendy is very comprehensive, considering the amount of details that come with the purchasing of a home in Florida . Wendy even explains things that i am not familiar with in Florida., she even set up a well inspection check for me. I also needed certain things for home owners insurance she e mailed them to me. so i could emial them to insurance places. Wendy is very through in all the paper work, found some mistakes that i would of not have found and she corrected them. I could go on and on how great she is at her job.
