Wendy Denny has helped me purchase 2 homes and is amazing. She is helpful, flexible, and great at knowing what I wanted in a home. She helped me get the best price possible as well as allowances for items that needed to be fixed. She is a great person and realtor.

We recently worked with Wendy to help my mother (a nearly 80 year old widow) find a new home near us. My mom hadn't been involved in a real estate transaction for nearly 40 years. Wendy was calm, patient and kind throughout the process. My mom was uncertain exactly where she wanted to be and Wendy showed her many different areas. Once my mom honed in on a particular neighborhood she liked Wendy sent letters to all the homes in the neighborhood describing her client (my mom.) This ultimately resulted in my mom buying a house (that was not currently listed) in the neighborhood she desired. The property was currently leased and Wendy helped us through important communication with the tenant. Wendy was absolutely great throughout the entire process with excellent communication and follow-up. Wendy made what could have been a difficult process with my mom easy and almost effortless. Wendy definitely went above and beyond to help my mom. I so appreciate her efforts.

Wendy did an awesome job with our condo listing! She is very responsive and took care of ALL the details, from repairs, maintenance, staging and listing. The photos and online tour were very professional. We sold our condo for OVER asking in just 11 days. We would not hesitate to call Wendy Denny again for any property sale or purchase in the future.

Wendy was amazing! She handled my transaction very professionally and made sure it went smoothly. She was very patient with me as I changed my mind several times. Very much a no pressure agent. Times when I was scrambling to get ready for a showing, she showed up early and took care of any loose ends, even a house full of feathers from a puppy ripping up a down throw pillow!
