There are few things more stressful than selling your home, but when you have a good realtor on your side, you can get through it without losing sleep. Wendy Dembrak is hands down the realtor you want to be working with. Wendy was able to coordinate all the pre-listing work that needed to be completed, she was available to solve potential problems at a moments notice, and she was consistently excellent with responses and follow up. During much of this time, I (the seller) was taking care of pressing family obligations and I was often not even in the same time zone. The most important and critical skill Wendy posesses is having her feet on the ground and her head firmly placed in reality. We agreed on expectations on what work needed to be completed, what the house would look like, and most of all, what was a reasonable budget. Wendy was able to easily distinguish what the challenges we would need to tackle and which little things would be insignificant. (The house may have been a unicorn, but let's be honest, it was a messy unicorn that desperately needed a good bath). If you are looking for someone to offer you the moon and then vanish when the selling gets tough, there are lots of realtors out there to hire. But if you want someone who is honest, calm, realistic, great with details, and will work with you from start to finish, then Wendy Dembrak is the person for you.

Wow. Wendy was absolutely fantastic to work with. My partner and I had a lot of tricky and unusual circumstances that we needed to work in order to purchase our home and Wendy handled it all with ease, grace and a little creativity thrown in there too. :-). She not only was incredibly prompt with al communications, she really had a lot of natural skill in taking care of whatever we needed done. She doesn't miss a thing which is super important when you're making a large purchase! She even provided a little hand-holding and emotional support for me when I needed it the most! I can't speak highly enough about our experience.

Would highly recommend Wendy!! She was always on the lookout for the right house to meet our needs. She was quick to set up a house showing and was flexible to meet our schedule. She went to bat for us at closing, when the seller's lawyer became aggressive. She found the house of our dreams, with the land so I can now have my small animal farm!
