Wendy was very insightful about the pros and cons of the many properties that we saw and she never pushed us our of our comfort zone when it came to considering properties. We live on the West Coast so when in town, timing was critical and she always found the time to make sure that we had a full agenda of properties that we wanted to see. When we found the one property that we decided to move on, she was great in the negotiation phase and had great insights on how to approach the process. While in the contract phase she was communicative and very detailed oriented on getting the tasks done. She made the entire contract process very seamless as she had everything scheduled and completed on-time.
