Wendy is a native of Colorado, born in Pueblo and raised in Colorado Springs. Although she loves the beauty and adventure of Colorado, she was eager to discover the warmth and opportunities in Arizona in 1995. In 2008, Wendy married and followed her husband's military stations in The Azores Islands, Portugal and Okinawa, Japan. She now resides in Surprise, Arizona with her family.
In 1998, Wendy began her real estate career and soon realized she loved helping people find the perfect neighborhood and home. She worked in the following years as a new home sales consultant with Shea Homes and Richmond American Homes. After a few years, she realized she could help more people as an independent agent focusing on the Active Adult market. Her love for working with the 55+ buyer profile blossomed and she quickly became a local expert in the understanding of retirement lifestyle. She is passionate about the details of what it takes to make the experience of home buying or selling an enjoyable one and loves helping her clients achieve their dreams.
