Wendi went above and beyond to get us to the lake house we wanted after a very long search. Wendi showed lake houses all over North Texas for our family based upon the very specific features we requested. We even took "a break" from shopping for a couple of months and Wendi very nicely stayed in touch but understood that we were not actively looking for a period of time. Once we found what we had been looking for, Wendi expertly led the inspection, negotiation, and buying process to make it an easy process. We were very picky customers and Wendi did an unbelievable job being patient with us to ensure we got exactly the home we wanted. I highly recommend Wendi!

Wendi and her team helped make the sale of my house, which was a difficult situation to begin with, a safe and comfortable experience! Despite the situation of the sale, Wendi and her team made sure I was able to show the house when I was available and to ensure no one was entering my house that wasn’t supposed to be there.. This sale was probably one of their most difficult, due to the other party involved, and they handled it with extreme professionalism. They dealt with being yelled at, threatened, and spied on by the other party that was involved in the sale of the house.. They tried to help both parties as best they could due to the lack of cooperation from one party. Thankfully, it was a speedy sale. Mostly, I’m very thankful for their patience and professionalism after the circumstances they had to endure. They afforded the utmost courtesy to both parties.
