Wendi was an absolute blessing to us in what I thought would be the most stressful experience ever. It was anything but. Wendi made every aspect of selling our home easy, stress free and as pleasant as possible. She is knowledge and will do anything to make this a joyful time and experience. We were fortunate in having her as our agent and came out extremely fortunate. I am so grateful to have had to the joy of working with her and look forward to again.

This was a harder sell listing than normal since it was a 2.5 acre lot, fully wooded with a large creek. Wendy obtained the appropriate pictures and markings throughout the full lot, fixed a snafu with the county land office, and most importantly helped pick the correct listing price. That pricing alone was hard to come by with so many ranging comps due to a wide range of lot differences. We went through a few potential buyers, and Wendy got us through to the final sale. We got full price. No one else selling land there did. This was our 3rd property buy/sell with Wendi and we'd do it again. Not only is she a GREAT real estate agent, she's actually a wonderful person and you can trust her ethics.
