WOW - Thank you!! We were hesitant to put our home on the market during the pandemic, as we didn't want many people in and out of our home. Fortunately, Wendi was able to sell our house IN ONE DAY and ABOVE asking price! I believe the home sold fast because of Wendi's preparation prior to the listing. She arranged for professional photos, thoroughly reviewed the current market to determine the right price, gave great advice regarding the staging of our home, and even offered to help me clean, as I was juggling 3 small children - including an infant! She advocated for us every step of the way, including negotiating a sale price above asking and ensuring that the credits we provided were fair. She maintained constant communication with me throughout the entire process which was very reassuring. I was beyond impressed with her diligence when it came to the behind-the-scenes components of the sale. She was on top of the buyer's realtor to ensure their deposits were made on time, communicated with the title company to make sure they had everything they needed, attended the home inspection, followed up with our HOA to guarantee the buyer's approval within our 30 day window, and who knows what else! I hadn't realized how much went into this process but Wendi handled all of it. While I hope we're not moving again anytime soon, I would definitely use Wendi again. I can't recommend her highly enough.
