I am relocating from Austin to WPB and had to do the whole apartment hunting experience remote. Wendi was the third realtor I found and I can't believe I was going to use anyone else. She is quick, attentive to what you're looking for, but keeps you realistic about what's available. We went through quite a few options, but she eventually found a place that works and moved so fast to get me videos and get my application submitted. She would check in with me at least once a day to let me know about progress/what she had done with apartments so even though I wasn't there, I felt like I was connected. She helped us narrow down our choices and kept coming up with new listings. Since we were buying this condo in Florida, and we were back home in Connecticut, it took a lot of creative zoom tours with us, and members of our family in Florida, to narrow down our likes and dislikes.
