Wendell was very easy to talk to and he knew exactly what we wanted! He was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had! He really cares about helping people find their home and to sell a home! He made the finding a home so easy! Also, he is extremely good at his job!

This is my third home I've purchased and I can honestly say this was the best experience. Wendell kept us organized and has a wealth of knowledge with real estate. Forget your measuring tape? Wendell has the average measurements in his head. He was great at learning our tastes and preferences and giving insights to ways to fix up things in a house. He helped us with negotiations with great suggestions. His referrals for services such as lists for inspectors, loan originators and title people were great. My only regret is that we found our house so quickly! We enjoyed Wendell's personality so much.

My relocation company dealt with Coldwell Banker as my realtor in Northeast Ohio. Wendell Ball was the realtor for my home purchase. Wendell did an outstanding job for us, I would highly recommend him. After I had an accepted offer on the home I purchased, Wendell stayed abreast further developments, recommended home inspectors, stayed in contact with my relocation agent, the title company as well as my lender to ensure that the closing took place as planned.
