Shellie had the difficult job of working with an out of state buyer. She stayed in contact until we got into town and then helped set up showings for us. Once we decided on a house she guided us through all of the purchase procedures . This is completely different procedure than the state we came from so it was great to have the guidance!
I feel like we were pretty demanding in our specific needs & wants and TBH, my wife and weren't always jiving on that note either. We had Shellie running around all over the place for months and there was just always something and it was on to the next house. She was always absolutely professional and always available and helpful, addressing any questions or concerns, telling us everything she knew about an area, properties, values, prices, and even the negatives. I'm sure she was happy in more way's than one when we finally settled on a house but I would absolutely recommend her to anybody looking to buy in the QC area whether their new around here or just changing homes.
