Wayne went above and beyond to make our home buying process as stress free.

Wayne went above and beyond to make our home buying process as stress free and as thorough as possible. Moving from another city, we got to know Wayne and trusted him to jump into showings on our behalf and knew he wouldn't lead us astray. He has a deep knowledge of the different neighborhoods in Columbus and was really careful to only suggest places that he knew we would be happy. Wayne also has an incredible network of industry professionals, from mortgage and insurance brokers to tradesmen, who made the entire process so seamless - no one could believe how stress free our purchase process was in this market! He even attended follow up inspections for us since we were still living out of town. He clearly knows what to look for in a home and neighborhood, and knows the potential that certain house can have when given the right care. He was a great partner in this transaction and we can't thank him enough!
