We had a very tight timeline to list and sell our home, Wayne worked with us to get our home ready, provided professionals to help with minor fixes, staging, and took beautiful pictures and videos that were later included in several media channels and printed materials - he was detail oriented and saved no effort to present our house in the best way possible! Wayne walked through listing and pricing process and provided analysis for similar properties and worked closely with us for showing and open house dates, kept us informed of reactions and feedback and provided summary reports. Throughout the entire process, Wayne did not push or rush us, he is a good listener and had our best interest in every step and decision.
