Simply put, Wayne is the best: He knew exactly how to market our unique home and channel the correct prospective buyers to it. The best way to describe his customer service is ‘concierge level’. He took care of everything for renovations and request to remedy. All I had to do was make sure I paid invoices. 100% would recommend him to anyone.

We had such an amazing experience working with Wayne Woods while buying our first home! He was so quick to get our showings lined up and worked with our schedules. He was always on time, if not early, and helped us answer SO many questions. Wayne was wonderful to work with! Being new to the Columbus area, my husband and I wanted to take time to explore all of the unique neighborhoods within and around Columbus before committing to a home. When we met Wayne at an open house, we informed him that we wouldn’t be actively searching for a home for at least one year, possibly longer. Knowing this, he still took the time to get to know us and even recommended some rental locations. He kept in touch throughout, even suggesting we go look at properties just to get exposure to the market. So when we were finally ready to make our move 1.5 years later, we reached out to Wayne. Wayne never pressured us or made us feel like he didn’t have our best interest in mind. We were looking for an agent who was more laid back and non-aggressive in their interactions with clients, while still excelling in their understanding of the market. Wayne went above and beyond to make our home buying process as stress free and as thorough as possible. We experienced Wayne on both the buyer and seller side. On the seller side, he truly knows how to market a house, and understood and appreciated the unique character of the property. The photos and video he produced captured its charm and special details in a way that made it stand out online. He took care of everything for us, drastically reducing the selling burden for us, from having landscapers do clean up to facilitating and managing Contractors during the inspection process. We had a unique situation where we had been live with a different realtor for nearly a month who wasn't able to sell the house and was able to relist with Wayne, who sold our house within TWO HOURS of going live. He had the right network with the right buyers. We will only use and recommend Wayne from now on! On the buyer side, he listened to the type of property we wanted and was able to find us an off-market house.
