Wayne was wonderful to work with! Being new to the Columbus area, my husband and I wanted to take time to explore all of the unique neighborhoods within and around Columbus before committing to a home. When we met Wayne at an open house, we informed him that we wouldn’t be actively searching for a home for at least one year, possibly longer. Knowing this, he still took the time to get to know us and even recommended some rental locations. He kept in touch throughout, even suggesting we go look at properties just to get exposure to the market. So when we were finally ready to make our move 1.5 years later, we reached out to Wayne. Wayne never pressured us or made us feel like he didn’t have our best interest in mind. We were looking for an agent who was more laid back and non-aggressive in their interactions with clients, while still excelling in their understanding of the market. That’s exactly what we received with Wayne. We would strongly recommend working with Wayne. Don’t be afraid to ask questions (we certainly did!) and utilize his expertise whether it be the Columbus market, ways to add value to any home, or referrals to local businesses in the community.
