He explained the process of buying a home thoroughly and helped us to narrow down our search so that we weren't overwhelmed with so many options. We did most of our house hunting while in a different state and Wayne was great about scheduling showings during open times for us and doing the walk throughs over FaceTime. He relayed all pertinent information on each home, as we could not distinguish some issues each home may have over the phone. We were set to close at the beginning of the stay at home orders due to COVID 19, which caused my husband to be unable to PCS to NC like originally planned. Wayne was very crucial in making sure we knew what paperwork I needed to have in order to close on the house in my husbands place so that I had all necessary documents before leaving Oklahoma. Wayne was amazing for the whole process and he has checked in on us periodically since moving in. He was a great pleasure to work with and we will definitely use him again if we ever plan to sell and buy again!
