We absolutely loved working with Wayne in purchasing our first home. He explained the process of buying a home thoroughly and helped us to narrow down our search so that we weren't overwhelmed with so many options. He was helpful in answering all of our questions, and if he didn't have an immediate answer he found it quickly. We did most of our house hunting while in a different state and Wayne was great about scheduling showings during open times for us and doing the walk throughs over FaceTime. He relayed all pertinent information on each home, as we could not distinguish some issues each home may have over the phone. Once we found the home we purchased, he walked us through the paperwork and gave us recommendations for loan officer and home inspections. (Which ended up using and we were very happy with.) Wayne was quick with responding to the sellers agent and made sure that our contract included some work that needed to be done before closing. We were set to close at the beginning of the stay at home orders due to COVID 19, which caused my husband to be unable to PCS to NC like originally planned. Wayne was very crucial in making sure we knew what paperwork I needed to have in order to close on the house in my husbands place so that I had all necessary documents before leaving Oklahoma. Wayne was amazing for the whole process and he has checked in on us periodically since moving in. He was a great pleasure to work with and we will definitely use him again if we ever plan to sell and buy again!
