So from the start Wayne was awesome if I or my wife had any questions he was there to answer everything was smooth with us listing our home. Here comes the trouble after we accepted it took two Months to close( not because of Wayne). Our buyer lender kept changing the contract. Talk about stressful but Wayne was there to take care of us.

Holy Smokes! We can't sing this man's praises enough. We were first time home buyers, with NO experience in the real estate market. He, having been burned in the past with a realtor in his own buying experience, has made it his mission to help others never have that same trouble.
