This is the third house I’ve either bought or sold with Wayne because he has the experience of years in the profession. He is always professional and honest in his dealings and he never skips a detail. He communicates clearly with me and the other party’s agent. In addition to the many phone conversations and texts, each visit to find our home was spent with Wayne scheduling A LOT of home visits and modifying and revising as needed based on our needs and wants.
