Fantastic Experience

We were connected to Wayne by a mutual friend. My wife and I were relocating from the northeast and were limited to our visits. In addition to the many phone conversations and texts, each visit to find our home was spent with Wayne scheduling A LOT of home visits and modifying and revising as needed based on our needs and wants. Throughout our experience, we felt that he was working in our best interest. He also took care of us during inspections and closings. He knows the area very well...Highly recommend Wayne!

Very hard working and gets the job done.

I’ve known Wayne for a long time and he has always been a very hard worker. That’s why when it came time to sell my house and I needed someone I could trust; I called Wayne. I had to move before the work on my house was complete so Wayne stepped up and took over supervising the work. He knows the market in and out and if he doesn’t know something he’ll do the research and get you an answer. Excellent work Wayne, very happy with the job you did.

My experience with Cecilia was absolutely amazing

My experience with Cecilia was absolutely amazing. She walked me through selling my during the most challenging time of my life. She answered every question concerning my house with precision and confidence. Cecilia was the best realtor that I have ever had. Cecilia knowledge and passion for selling houses goes beyond a sell. Cecilia is professional.Cecilia always gave me weekly updates and explained line by line what everything meant as it pertained to the process of selling the property .I have never had a realtor show me in detail during a sale or buying a house how the process goes. Cecilia was my third realtor. I learned so much during this process . Cecilia changes lives and rewrites stories through these sells. Selling homes and helping people buy homes is truly one of her many gifts. I have already started sharing her name with all my coworker’s, family ,and friends. If I ever decide to buy a house she would be my first choice. Cecilia continue to go do and be great.
