We've known Wayne for several years so when it was time to put our house on the market, naturally we turned to him. He gave us expert advice on things we needed to do as far as staging the house for photographs and showings. He had professional photographs taken of our home (pet peeve of mine is those icky dark photos done with a camera phone) and when it came time to schedule showings, he had ELEVEN showings in one WEEKEND! We had multiple offers on our home and sold for over ask within 48 hours. He also helped us find our dream home through all this and he and his team walked us through all home inspections and closings! Couldn't have asked for better experiences!

Wayne went above and beyond all of our expectations. He and his staff are very knowledgeable will all facets of the process and were always available to answer our questions and offer guidance. He listened to our wants and needs and showed great patience with us. In the end we were able to sell our home and find a perfect new home. I could not have asked for a better experience.
