I have worked “with” other agents in the past. I was hesitant to try someone new, however, I’m really glad I went with my gut. Wayne is always quick to help you with your needs. He truly has become a friend of mine independent of our business relationship. Wayne handles large or smaller deals without making you feel you anything but your the priority. Please consider Wayne as a knowledgeable and seasoned agent who you should do business with for your next home. Not all are the same not all teach you to understand what you truly need.
