Wayne operates with a high level of professionalism, deep knowledge of the real estate market, and a positive attitude. Not only was he able to accomplish what seemed impossible, but he did so with a great deal of grace and patience. He was always available to answer questions or discuss strategies, and he listened to what was important to us. We felt very well taken care of and secure knowing Wayne was handling our deal. We loved working with him so much. We cannot recommend Wayne enough.

Highly recommended Wayne as an agent. He was on top of everything from setting up showings and answering questions. He would respond quickly and knowledgeable of current conditions. Day or night, weekends or weekdays he was available. Most important he is a real good person.

We were referred to Wayne based on a B2B connection, so really had no inside knowledge of what to expect! And let me tell you, we were so lucky to work with Wayne....you should do the same! He knows the market, and provided us with choices that fit our needs. He knows where the skeletons are buried, and provided great insights that steered us away from some properties that would have been a nightmare down the road. But more importantly, Wayne is a delight to work with, and no problem cannot be overcome. We ended up under contract in a property in Kaanapali just 2 days before the devastating fires on Maui, including the destruction of nearby Lahaina. This was an unspeakable tragedy, and Wayne kept us informed every step of the way....so we pressed forward, accepting that there would be delays while this tragedy was, and still is, being managed by those close to the destruction. And there were several delays/complications that arose, but Wayne was always there to help us figure it out...even down to a last minute screwup with my insurance company which Wayne solved by referring us to someone to step in and save the deal....at a very fair price. This review is limited to 2000 characters, so I cannot speak to every twist and turn of what was supposed to be a fast turn deal that ended up taking 2 months, but let me assure you that if we had not had Wayne in our corner, we would have been in very deep trouble.
