Wayne is someone I had know from the Raleigh area may years ago, and we reconnected again when I started looking for a home in the Myrtle Beach area a few years ago. I enlisted him as my Buyer's Agent to assist with showing me a few homes and then all the paperwork and finding a reasonable closing attorney when I was ready to make my purchase back in February 2018. Now I am in the process of obtaining a second condo in the area to serve as a rental property, so I am working with Wayne again since it was a positive experience the first time around.
