My wife and I were fortunate that we stopped working with another realtor and found Wayne right at the beginning of the housing market going bonkers. We all had to practice a lot of patience because the journey took us a couple weeks short of 1 year to make settlement on our home. Wayne's knowledge /advice got us through the toughest of times during the buying process. His attention to detail and being present during any inspections are the things we appreciated the most because in the end it stopped us from buying a problem home. I can’t say enough good things about Wayne Fenstermacher! He made our experience selling our house so easy and stress-free! I reached out to Wayne back in 2019 about selling my parent’ house. Then, a pandemic hit and Wayne patiently waited for us to make the decision to sell - didn’t constantly pester us, but reminded us every once in awhile that he was still there when we were ready. Over a year later, a month prior to the sale, I gave Wayne a two week window when he could have access to the house to show it. Lo and behold, he worked his magic and the house sold within a week! We were not the easiest customers to work with. I am in Virginia and was moving my elderly mother from Schwenksville to be closer to me. So, Wayne worked with me remotely and was very flexible. My mother has become somewhat of a hermit, so when I told Wayne I would prefer he do everything when she was not present, it was not a stumbling block for him - he accommodated perfectly. When I took my mother out of town for three weeks, Wayne went out of his way to make sure the house was safe and secure. When I was traveling when offers came in, Wayne worked with the time zone I was in and met with me virtually after normal working hours and without hesitation, took my counteroffer to the buyer. And he did every thing necessary so we could close without being in person.
