This is the second time we have sold a property with Wayne, both with positive results. He was actively engaged in all aspects of the process, including assisting us with preparing the home for listing and maximizing the return on pre-sale investments. His loyalty to our family included a daily visit to the property for over 9 months, hosting a memorial, adopting a cat, soothing my jangled perceptions from across the country and getting us an unexpectedly great price for the house throughout the ups and downs of negotiations and holding the line. I am grateful to him for his wisdom and insight and very happy with the outcome.

Wayne is an outstanding agent and goes out of his way to help. Our sale was a difficult one as I live overseas and had successorship trust issues. So, when I was unable to carry-out certain tasks, Wayne pointed me in the right direction and even completed tasks that I had no way of completing. His communication is direct, forward and friendly. House had two offers after 4 days on the market and we got very close to asking price. Wayne went above and beyond helping us get our parents' house ready for the market. He was always quick to answer phone calls and e-mails and he helped us find inspectors, contractors, gardeners, etc. He regularly would stop by the house to take care of things when we couldn't be there. I highly recommend!
