Wayne is an outstanding agent and goes out of his way to help. Our sale was a difficult one as I live overseas and had successorship trust issues. So, when I was unable to carry-out certain tasks, Wayne pointed me in the right direction and even completed tasks that I had no way of completing. His communication is direct, forward and friendly. House had two offers after 4 days on the market and we got very close to asking price. Wayne went above and beyond helping us get our parents' house ready for the market. He was always quick to answer phone calls and e-mails and he helped us find inspectors, contractors, gardeners, etc. He regularly would stop by the house to take care of things when we couldn't be there.
